Getting a custom press-on nail set from Monet's Touch Urgent Nail Care you get nail sets made with love right to your home! Cut down on salon time and you still get a custom salon look right at home. If you need products to keep your pedicure fresh in between pedicures Monet's Touch has kept the highest quality of product in mind just for you. 

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before application.
2. Trim or shape the free edge of your natural nails, push back your cuticles, etch the nail beds to remove all shine. 
3. Remove all debris and dehydrate the nails by cleaning the nail beds with alcohol.
4. Measure the press-on nails to your natural nails BEFORE applying any sticky tabs or nail glue. After you have properly measured the nails, apply your nail stickers or glue on the nails as you go. For longer wear apply both the nail stickers & nail glue for 1-2 week wear. 
5. AVOID WATER! For at least 30 minutes-1 hour after applying for a longer wear. 

• HOLD ONTO YOUR TOOLS! The tools that came in your press-on nail box or your Nail Aid Kit please hold onto them because they will be helpful for removing your press-on nails. 
• For this process you'll need to grab a bowl big enough for your hands to soak in. Soak them in warm water (as hot as you can take it). Add olive oil, cuticle oil, or coconut oil some type of oil to the water to help the nails lift and slide off. 
• Soak until the nails start to loosen from your nail bed. 
• Use your wooden stick to help lift the press-on nail from your natural nail. Be gentle during this process to not damage your nail beds or the actual press-on. 
• This process may take up to 30mins.

Standard US shipping is 3-10 business days for transit. This is an estimated timeline provided by domestic shipping carries. Monet's Touch Urgent Nail Care is not responsible for any delays that may occur from USPS or FedEx. 

Once your order is ready to be shipped. You will then be provided with an email of completion and tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated and in the carriers system. Also, be sure that all the spelling of your address is correct as well. 

The carriers may have had a delay please allow the next full business day to occur to be sure it gets a chance to be delivered. If there is still no sign of your package please contact the carrier provider. 

Christmas, New Years, Labor Day, and Easter. Kindly note that delivery times may be impacted during these periods due to service disruptions from our suppliers and logistics partners. Expect potential delays of 3-4 days or longer. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during these times.

At this time, we do not accept returns or refunds on any items or gift cards. Due to our commitment to provide you with exceptional nail services. We are also committed to the environment and cutting down as much travel as possible. If the nails are delivered to you damage, please contact us and send a few images of the item and any relevant information and we will make things right for you!

MONET'S TOUCH URGENT NAIL CARE is NOT RESPONSIBLE for replacing or refunding packages that are lost or stolen. Monet's Touch Urgent Nail Care is responsible for orders until they leave our facility ONLY. Once tracking information has been received please contact the shipping company directly as it is between the customer and shipping company that goods arrive safely.
